We conducted a two-day field survey. We mainly visited the following locations:
National Museum of Marine Science and Technology
Color House
Night Market
Jiufen
These places gave us various ideas to consider the design of circular food in Singapore. We learned about the city and the cultural mindset of Singapore while taking lots of pictures with the group members.
In particular, at the night market, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of Keelung’s traditional food culture.
